  • Using ChemDry in other states, I was always satisfied. At first the stairs looked and smelled cleaner, but as the carpeting began to dry, dirty tracks appeared and the wood floors on the three landings were all marked up from the service man's shoes. I called and they rescheduled to come out and re-did the stairs as well as offering stain guard, not previously offered. The service man used booties and left two pairs for us to use. The job was well done, the second time around.
