  • I have dealt with a lot of AC guys and I found CMI to be great to work with. Marvin, the owner, is a talker... you have to let him tell his story, LOL! But the man is knowelgable and helpful. They installed a new unit for us reently and we got a great price, and the work was not easy. They had to take down an attic furnace from a teeny tiny crawl space, but they did not do any dry wall damage. They did not make any messes that they didn't clean up afterwards. We have a great new furnace and AC and CMI was perfectly fine to work with. Thanks to Marvin and his technicians!!
