  • RUN AWAY!!! If you are reading this, I hope it means you are not too late. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before signing the lease. This place is the worst, it's literally falling apart. The maintenance people will try to come into your apartment without notice, if they do get inside when you are not home, make sure to check your underwear, those sick pigs made the mistake of leaving a pair of my underwear on the counter before they left. The staff in the office is rude, they are all a bunch of thugs that will act like your best friend until you sign the lease, then you become garbage. The community washer and driers do not work and there are bullet holes in one of the laundry facilities. At night, you can expect to hear regular screaming and gun shots. Lantana claims to have security, but they only show up randomly once or twice a week for about an hour and sit in their cars until it's time for them to leave. The lease is almost impossible to get out of. Please do yourself a favor and look for residence somewhere else.
