  • W.O.W!!! I was taking care of a friends pets while they were out of town. I noticed the pool started to get green....and greener! I called 3 companies over a two day period and Estrella Mountain Pools service is the only one that returned my call immediately. I am blessed for that and so is my friend!!! Joe met me on the property, went over exactly what needed to be done and by that evening the pool looked great! He came back the next morning for a follow up and now Estrella Mountain Pool is my friends pool service company! Joe (the owner) has an exceptional customer service attitude and a phenomenal pool service business! I live in California and would love to have him out here! Among other things, the service also includes a personal web portal that shows you the chemicals used on your pool the day of service and before and after pictures! I was a realtor for years when I lived in AZ and had a pool - I never had this level of service with any pool company - great job Estrella Mountain Pools!
