  • Basically the worst pedicure I've ever had. I walk in and sign in. Three people that came in after me are seen before me and I when I ask if they have appointments I'm told no. I sit down for my pedicure in luke warm water and after 10 mins when my tech comes, she literally comes and sits down and turns on he cold water. I'm not kidding. After that we start discussing different pedicures and she has no idea what I'm talking about. She comes back with a receipt that is the wrong service - when I tell her the price is wrong she adds $15 TO THE WRONG SERVICE. This isn't even the end. She tries to upsell me on the callus remover when it's already included, argues with me when I try to tell her I want green tea added, and as she's putting on my callus remover she has one foot propped and the other directly on the towel so the remover is no longer on my foot. I'm 24 weeks pregnant and all I wanted was a 40 min pedicure after a long week at work. When the manager came over and asked me if anything was wrong I told him I wasn't happy with the service and she started grabbing my ankles aggressively and firm - my first instinct was to kick her in he face. Instead I told her to stop immediately and asked for a towel, which I didn't get because she didn't understand, I put my wet feet in my tennis shoes and through $20 on the chair and walked the hell out. I will never, ever go to any herbal spa nails - honestly I don't think she had a license and I'd be pleased to see them get audited. Just don't go here.
