  • My builder hired them to install garage door my brand new house. Just 2 days after we moved in the garage door slammed down really hard breaking the glass also.My wife was close and she is still scared to go near it.My builder had me call overhead door company and they made all sorts of excuses that they can't come now and will charge me 150 an hour. Then when my builder called, they were home in less than an hour to take pictures. It took them a month to replace half of damage. Other half was replaced another 3 days later. I requested them twice to make an appointment and call me before scheduling repair appointment as i had some security sensors installed which i had to remove from old door but they show up as a surprise and i was not home, so there comes another week of delay. DO NOT HIRE THEM. I believe your experience can be worse as i was kind of covered by my builder. If you hire them for personal work and not wholesale like my builder then they might not even listen to you. I truly believe and understand that things and accidents happen but this is not the way it should have been handled for sure.
