I had a broken tooth so I decided to call Norterra Dental group. They said that I had two teeth that needed crowns they could fix the crowns before the broken tooth so I was like okay. Even though my tooth hurt I thought I would take care of the crowns like they said and fix a broken tooth when I made my appointment later on in a week. Well it ends up I spent all of my dental insurance on the two crowns and had none left for my broken tooth. I wish they would have advised me of that instead of doing the crowns. Now I still have a broken tooth and I am still in pain but I have no more Insurance left. I guess this would be a corporate move instead of helping an individual. They did not really care much about how much my tooth hurt but they wanted to get the crowns on and and I did not know any better and they got me. No insurance left and my tooth is hurting worse than it was when I went in there. Please think of yourself before you go in to this Dental office. She said I should just wait till next year but it is January so I guess I am out of luck
