If I can give this company half star. This company is sooooooooo unprofessional. They accepted a contract from Home Select Home Warranty on 7/26 Wednesday. The service is a rental property and they are supposed to contact the property manager or the tenant which Deltech was provided, but called me instead on 7/30 Sunday (church mass hour). I called them up after service and Alex asked me what the problem was. I told him, he is suppose to call the tenant to find that out. I don't live and I'm not supposed to be bothered that's why I have a management co. He must have looked at the service order told me stove issue is NOT THEIR PRIORITY because of the air conditioner issue in Phx. I do understand that, but calling me 3 days later. ....Someone called the tenant 2 days later @8:30PM on 8/1 Tuesday and promised the technician will be at the property at 7AM Wednesday, 8/2 (today). NOOOOOO SHOOOOW. not even a PROFESSIONAL CALL TO TENANT THAT THEY WILL NOT BE COMING!!!!, I reached out to the home warranty, and they called Deltech while I was on long hold. 20 minutes later, I was told that DELTECH IS NO LONGER INTERESTED ON DOING THE WORK. Have mercy on their soul! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT A SINGLE COMMON SENSE THAT THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE A PROMISE THEY CAN NOT FULFILL...So my review is ZERO, NADA TO THIS COMPANY.
