  • I live in Boulder City and I work in the service industry. I know all about customer service and I also work for tips. Today, my family ordered 3 drinks. As always, I tipped when we ordered. They took my name and we sat down waiting for my name to be called. Several minutes went by, and people who ordered after us were receiving their drinks. We wondered why it was taking so long. After about 10 minutes, we went to the counter to see where our drinks were. We found them sitting on the counter mostly melted. No one had called my name. And even if they had, and we just hadn't heard them, the employees let the drinks just sit there melting, instead of thinking to call my name again since the drinks were obviously not getting picked up. This is terrible customer service by the employees, ESPECIALLY after tipping them. This was on a slow Wednesday afternoon and 3 employees were working at the time. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
