  • The first few times I went these guys were great. Came out to car and helped bring stuff in, smiled and generally pleasant. They sent out 20% off coupons on Thursday which helped a lot. This time I went there were three workers sitting around. One came outside but did not approach car. Just stood there. Other two just sat where they were. Once I got in I pulled up 20% coupon on phone and was told it is only for laundry altho it says for dry cleaning. I asked where it said that and she said very bottom of email. I never found where it said no pet throws or comforters. Wow. Talk about a company going downhill. I can go anywhere and get this crappy service.
