  • We walked up the stairs, opened the door and saw all the dogs. I thought, oh great another "petland" where they are going to push over priced pups on us...... not at all!! We were immediately greeted by Vanessa with her big smile. She introduced herself and told us to take our time and let us know if you have any questions or would like to see an animal. The cages were very clean as we noticed there was a crew of people constantly in the back cleaning cages, feeding, watering...... I had my mind set on a girl. we played with a few and then Vanessa came in to ask what our purpose of getting a dog was, if we had other animals at home, their demeanor, our work schedule etc..... she wanted to make sure we could handle the addition to our family and to make sure we were looking into the right puppy. After talking with Vanessa who is so friendly and knowledgeable we decided on a boy dog. While she did the paperwork, the onsite groomer took our puppy back and gave him a quick bath and clean up. He was even cuter. We purchased some food from them and brought our baby Zuchon JAX home that afternoon. Vanessa even called the following evening to make sure everything was going good. I went back to the groomer over three weeks later and Vanessa remembered us. We chatted a bit and she still wanted to make sure everything with Jax was good. I can't believe I have lived in Las Vegas for 27 years and had never came to Puppy Boutique In search of our fur baby until now. Great people, knowledgeable, family ran and very clean!! I would purchase again and definitely recommend Puppy Boutique
