  • My experience was extremely poor. Our pool contractor and our monthly pool service both indicated that there was an unusual leak under the Heat Pump. "Cool Runnings" came out, spent between 7 and 15 minutes, said there was nothing wrong and then charged us $130.00. What this tells me (in my opinion) .. is that if you give them a chance, they'll take advantage of you ... and serve themselves before considering the customer. I can understand a service charge ... but good grief ... $130.00 !!!!!! If I could give them a negative 100 stars .. I would. They do not belong in business ... when treating their customers with contempt.
