After moving here from Vancouver, I was faced with the challenge of trying to find a new Stylist.
Lucky for me, I found an amazing Colorist pretty quickly. Cutting on the other hand has been an on going challenge.
I have long fine hair, but a lot of it. So to achieve body it takes excellent technical cutting skills.
The first time I made the mistake of taking someone a little more junior.. (she is no longer there) it was a disaster. She layered my hair in a way that made me look like i had none.
After it grew out, i decided to go with the Owner, Antonio. The first time he cut my hair it was AMAZING. (it better be for $100).
I asked him to do the same thing.. approx 3 months later. And.. he didn't. It was an average cut, and one side was slightly longer. And to be honest, if he didn't charge so much I probably would have gone back cause it wasn't awful just not amazing. But when a stylist is charging premium pricing, I better get a premium cut- every single time.
