  • I had my car towed here after I hit a pothole and got two flat tires. I chose Pep Boys because it was close to my houseand I could walk home instead of waiting for my car to be fixed. I had my car towed there around 11am. I called before hand and they said it would be done in the afternoon. the tow guy warned me that Pep Boys would make me get four new tires because my car is AWD.... Great.... When I dropped my car off they said it would be ready for pick up at 7pm and if the tires weren't fixable then I would have to get four new tires....Great..... They called me at 7:30 to tell me that the tires weren't fixable but instead of buying four new ones I only had to buy two get an alignment. My car was done by 8 that night. Over all they did a good job. My tires were replaces and I made it to work the next morning.
