Been going here since it opened. Owner-managed, authentic cooking techniques, with interesting modern variations. The oven is an authentic Vesuvio brick oven, imported from Italy. The owner is there on-site a lot and sometimes even running the oven. Most of the staff has been around for years and years. Love the Emiliana salad, all the pizzas, and the Dolce della Casa is decadent. Try the scamorza if you are a serious cheese lover and all the other deserts are amazing as well. This pizza is just as good as Pizzeria Bianco on its best day, more consistent, and have never had a long wait. Great atmosphere and superb outdoor dining. The servers are really friendly, gorgeous, and the owner's fluffy white puppy sits attentively on a bar stool, watching all the action behind the bar while soccer is probably playing on the TV.
