| - The fact that this place is open until 3am is amazing! But unfortunately that's pretty much all I like about it.. oh and the fact that it's 5min away helps too.
Like every other place, you have to check in. After checking in, they hand you a number and you head to the back. But here's where everything starts going downhill.. the service once inside is a different story. It's a hit or miss.
My recent visit has probably been one of the worst. To the point where I actually walked out empty handed and that NEVER happens.
We went in Christmas night, it was around 11pm on the 25th. I was so thankful this place was opened.
All I needed was a syringe refill for my pen. My number was called and this gentleman started helping me, unfortunately i didn't get his name. It was actually the first time I had seen him there.
So I asked him about the product that I was looking for and he immediately said "you'd be better off buying our cartridge which is already filled and cheaper".. huh? I was a bit confused..
I then repeated myself and said that I was interested in the syringe. He then pointed to a few syringes they had on display, according to him it was "new"
So I asked him how it was? If he would recommend it? Or how did it taste?... but he had no clue! He then told me that hadn't tried it yet. I mentioned that others there and other places normally help me out with that, since they try the product out. so he leaned in and said "most of them are bullshitting, I've sold weed in two different states!".. idk how that was relevant. he could have at least told me about the thc level or mention that is has cbd as well. I would have bought it, if he knew how to sell it. The funny thing is, that when they launched that product, I was there. They did a pop up sale type, and they had someone there from that company explaining it. I was already aware of it, and my normal go to place had started carrying it before them and they are actually cheaper.
He then tried pushing their cartridge on me again! I told him again, I didn't want that. I was so frustrated, I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere and his snarky remark was "you'll drive all the way there to find out they are closed" and walked away..
I'd rather spend my time driving somewhere else than to spend my money here... oh wait, I'll just walk over to exhale which is right next door with better service. This place is great if you're out of options.
