  • I switched from my old unit in a different place to here because of the 15% off and first month free. They sent me an invoice immediately. I had to call twice and leave messages, and it took over a week for them to finally return my call. Apparently, when they say "first month free" they mean last month, assuming you move out before the indicated date. It's in a sketchy area and I only really chose it because I thought I was getting a better price. Turns out, it's the most expensive of the different facilities in my area, and been the most headache. I won't be staying more than a couple months.
