| - I have NEVER been so frustrated. I purchased a washer dryer set for delivery on 6/9/2018. On 6/8/2018, I got a call that the delivery will be delayed until the following Monday on 6/11/2018 because their "truck had broken down." I was assured I will receive a call with a two hour delivery window, and I said no problem.
Today is Monday 6/11/2018, I did not receive any such calls, so I decided to call myself to check the status of my delivery. Not many of us can afford to sit idly waiting all day. From the automated message system, I chose the delivery department, and got no answer. The service department answered and forwarded me to the delivery department, again, no answer. This repeated for several cycles lasting 30 minutes. When I finally got a hold of the delivery department, after holding on the phone for another 10-20 minutes, I was told that my phone number could not be found. Another 10 minutes and finally the guy told me my delivery has been rescheduled for 6/20/2018. Here's the kicker, the guy had no idea about any broken down trucks, and had no reasons why my delivery was pushed out to 6/20! My washer dryer is sitting at the store collecting dust!
I was again reassured that the delivery was rescheduled to tomorrow, 6/12/2018. We will see if they follow through this time.
I would never purchase anything from this Lowe's locations ever again and advise buyers to stay away.
