  • I called this location and scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for 12PM. I arrived 10 minutes early, and have been waiting 3 hours for this simple task to be completed. Nobody is behind the counter and it looks like at least half of the staff went to lunch. I'm not happy with this experience at all and I do not think I will be returning.
