  • We went and we waited so long to actually be able to speak with a girl that makes the appointments and after that she made us an appointment and she said it was the next day at 6 30 which is weird coz I know apple gives u the appointment 2 days after so we asked if she was sure she said ya tomorrow at 6 30, we came at 6 30 the next day and they told us there was no appointment. I thin they should be more careful I know is always full and they are busy but we also make time in our schedules to go there and telling us another date was really unprofessional.
