rev:text	Their name is ironically fitting. They are actual con-artists who take advantage of their costumers especially people who resort to businesses like this because of their finicial situation.. I've had so many family and friends screwed over by them, especially my father who's older and stubborn who don't take the time to research reviews . He first bought a couch and coffee tables which fell apart a few months later so he got a different style set which also fell apart. The same thing happened when he bought a dining room table set where the chairs fell apart so he bought other chairs which are falling apart and hes constantly having to put them back together. He bought a Samsung dishwasher that just took a crap where he has to physicslly pull it out to reset it if someone opens it during a cycle .he bought a Samsung fridge where the ice machine broke a couple months later. He bought a Samsung stove and if you touch the handle or metal on it you can feel an electric current...it literally shocks you and no it's not the grounding... My dad called and asked for someone to look at it they told him to have Samsung look at it but Samsung said it was Conn's responsibility ,go figure... What angerss me the most is my father go bought Samsung washer and dryer set and after a few months laster it started to make his clothes smell like mildew seven though he would clean it and drain the water it collected so I Google the model and it turns out the machine was recalled because customers had the same complaints and people were actually getting sick come to find out the machines had black mold living inside even if they regually cleaned it which is another thing that angers me..... You shouldn't have to constantly clean your "highly advance smart cleaning washing machine especially at that price when I've never had an issue with a standard cheap one. So pissed. Sorry about the long, atrocious , grammatically incorrect novel I wrote.
