Tucked away in a residential area less than 5 minutes from our home. Found it on Yelp and read some conflicting reviews but wanted to try.
Had a double date here on a tuesday night at 615. Called ahead and they said we would have a table. Service is spot on! Menu is super fun with starters, small plates and entrees.
We wanted to sample as much as possible so had the savory pancakes, zucchini crisps, mac and cheese (with lobstah), some kind of hot dogs, pork belly and street taco salad.
It was just enough food for the 4 of us.
Mac and cheese was rich. The pork belly had great flavor and the apple frisee salad it came with had awesome dressing.
Can't quite figure out the savory pancake that comes with a greek yogurt dipping sauce. The hot dog appetizer was good...it had some kind of beans on it too. Street taco salad was a bit creative but not a street taco?
Great decor inside with a fun vibe. They have a spot that looks like a trendy hipster living room which was cool. Bar area and tv. Private parking.
Overall, good experience but wasn't impressed with the food. Had higher hopes for the fun menu.
