My main complaint is that the offer of getting my first few sets of checks free of charge was never followed through by any of the staff. Chase seems to tout the fact that every client gets their own "personal banker" to work with during each visit, but so far I've had one single interaction with mine - and that was setting up the account. Doesn't seem very "personal" to me.
