Complete morons work the office and billing department here. They didn't properly submit billing to both of my insurances (for a visit from over a year ago)and sent me a statement showing I have a balance due. I called back and forth to the billing department and my insurances. My secondary insurance said the office never submitted a claim so I submitted the claim for them. Then the billing office didn't post the payment my insurance sent them and kept sending me statements saying I owed a balance. I called the office again and left a message for the office manager who didn't bother to call me back. Then I come in today for an appointment and it's the same shit show where they claim they didn't receive payment and want me to pay the balance. After the incompetent billing manager claims they still didn't receive payment from my 2nd insurance I pulled up the EOB to prove they did receive it. They are too incompetent to have correctly posted the payment to my account, they probably posted it to another patient's account. The only reason I come to this crap place is because of Beverley, the nurse practitioner.
I'm updating the review because after seeing Beverley at my appointment I realized it's not worth losing a good doctor/LPN because of do-do bird staff. Beverley is 5 stars. Office staff is 1-2 star.
