  • Terrible costumer service, more concerned with watching football on their phones than helping out customers. Got roped into getting the new iPhone with a great deal they were offering, gave an extra money on top of trade in values of our phones but when time came to turn in the old the old phones they forgot to mention that we would have to change to a new monthly service that would cost an extra $40 a month. Manager try's to be helpful saying that they didn't lie to me just failed to hold the conversation. So if you can, go to any other location than this, no way that dumpster fire of a store will ever get any more of my patronage.
