  • I have two very positive reviews: One for sales, and one for service. 1. Sales at Boulder: I had a specific motorcycle in mind, and when I saw on the website that it was deeply discounted in early November (end of model year), I went out to RideNow on Boulder. It took exactly an hour, and I had the bike at a great price. Sure, they had a boatload of various fees, but by focusing on the OTD price, being polite and patient, and being willing to walk away, the negotiation went very smoothly. I intentionally left money on the table and didn't play hardball with them. But I got the bike at the (low) price I had in mind going in. We all gotta eat, and you have to let everyone have a bite. Folks, you have to do your research. Dealt with a sales guy (Alex), a floor manager and sales manager (Chris and Chad), the F&I guy (Thiago?), and a Service manager (Mike). All super easy going and helpful. Once the sales people knew I was a serious cash buyer willing to make a deal that day, everything happened very smoothly. It was a lot better than I expected. 2. Service at Boulder and Rancho: 11 days after I bought the bike, I had a no-start issue. I went through all the home diagnostics (battery check, terminal check, kill switch, kickstand disconnect, etc.). No joy. Called Boulder and explained the diagnostics to them, and they (sorry, don't remember names on this) said, "Sounds like we need to come pick it up." I thought, "Crap, there goes my riding this week." But I live in Summerlin, so Boulder coordinated with Rancho. I called Boulder at 10 am on a Saturday, and at 11:15 am my bike was on the Rancho truck. At 2 pm that day, they called and said "Bad starter solenoid. We're fixing it now and will have the bike back to you today." These things happen. The solenoid worked leaving the dealership, so it's not Kawa's fault or the dealer's. Anyway, at 3:15 pm, my perfectly running bike was back in my garage. Check this folks: That was 5 hours and 15 minutes from the time I called RideNow Boulder to the time that my bike was fixed by RideNow Rancho and back in my garage. Free pickup and delivery? Same day? Are you kidding me? I'm writing this the day after, and I'm still shaking my head at the customer service.
