rev:text	HORRIBLE! I was desperate and went here thinking who can mess up a simple nail repair? Well I guess THEY CAN! I was sooooo upset. It started with the nail tech her name is Mary heavy-set lady(So called name)not greeting me. She immediately started pulling the old nail off which didn't feel good and wanted me to find my own color to match what I already had on. Ummm can you help me please? She kept telling me IDK you pick! This was so frustrating because I didn't want to get all nails done over but if we can't match the color accurately then a full polish change has to be done! Unfortunately, that's what happened and I ended up paying full price for that $18! For a simple polish change that could have been avoided. That's not all I ended up having someone else do my nails due to me and Mary not hitting it off too well. She actually told me she was "busy" as if she doesn't have time to find my color. Who says that to a customer?? I had another tech do my nails he was more pleasant but he cut me with the drill due to Mary having product all on my skin so he was trying to remove it! He had to do 2 of the nails over that he just polished which made me even more annoyed because they should have been done but he said they messed up due to oil. It should have been a 15min job tops but turned into a 30-40min job! Never going back even if it was the last place on earth! Please don't waste your time or money here. Customer service sucks! No apologies or anything. They deserve a 0.
