  • A few weeks ago I asked a repairman friend of mine if he knew of a good company that did microwave repairs, he told me every company he knew that repaired microwaves had horrible Yelp reviews. I did my research on Yelp and found a great appliance repair company that fixed my microwave - Absolute Appliance Services. They have a stellar rating on Yelp and their prices are fair and affordable. They repair a wide variety of appliances. The owner, Rom, went out of his way to make sure my unit got fixed right and showed up when he said he would with the appropriate replacement parts. Prior to this he was able to figure out what was wrong and in need of replacement based off the detailed information I gave him on my microwave issues. He did a great job communicating with me via Yelp Messages and via text. Rom gave me a reasonable appointment window and notified me via text when he was 20-30 minutes away. The repair was done in a timely manner with great attention to detail. Rom worked with me on the repair cost and his prices were less than I anticipated. He has great customer service skills and is very personable. I'd recommend this company without hesitation for all your appliance repair needs!!
