A fun and original hamburger joint. It's located in the Neonopolis Plaza. Before you are seated you are issued a hospital gown and wristband. I had the single bypass hamburger and fries. You can have up to a four patty burger(the quadruple bypass hamburger). They have a scale in the middle of the restaurant, if you weigh 350 lbs. or more you eat for free. The burger is pretty much average and the fries below average. The fries look burnt although don't taste like they are. Probably from being cooked in lard. The big plus of the Heart Attack Grill are the servers/nurses. They take your order and bs with you for a few minutes. This probably causes the slow process of receiving your food(Even at 10:00pm). A must-see for hamburger connoisseurs visiting Las Vegas.
