Last week when I call the clinic to make appointment for my Daughter the receptionist who answer the phone did not obviously know her job she gave false info and never even ask me what kind of insurance we have I ask her if they have other clinic closer to my house in southwest and she told me they have one in Summerlin but she doesn't know the address so I told her I will keep the present location that was given to us on the referral at the Flamingo location guess what happen when we show up we were not on the list for the appointment she book our appointment in Summerlin although she told me she doesn't even know where it is so I told her were staying on this location since we already at the Flamingo clinic. Again she try to ask for the insurance referral . I don't really get upset easy but if you have staff who don't even know what they are doing I suggest they need more training.I told her I dont need one and she finally realize we have a PPO unbelievable just found out her name is Verona she need more training who ever runs this place thank you Verona. Plus side staff inside the clinic are pretty much nice and knowledegeble of what they are doing just this one hitch that I encounter im still giving 4 star reason one bad egg doesn't make the whole place rotten. Retrain Verona pls.
