  • The staff may be friendly but they've lowered the bar when it comes to accepting applications for residents. Lincoln properties had a wonderful vision when building this urban community. Where they went wrong is qualifying for residency in this community. Clearly they lowered the standard and most definitely they are fighting for fulfilling occupancy for the investors. Scottsdale police have frequented this establishment weekly for drunken parties resting well into the morning hours public intoxication public drunkenness behind the wheel and the basic lewd behavior. You don't need to take my review seriously but if you do require more validation public records was Scottsdale Police Department will indicate clearly how many calls replaced and how many disturbances are follow through with by the police department here. As far as the security department and management they don't care they do nothing they just want the revenue to appease the investors. So in my personal opinion having lived here for nine months it went from fabulous to frat house vomiting every week.
