  • I wish there were zero stars or negative stars to give. Did you think I was bluffing? BUYERS BEWARE AND BE FOREWARNED!!! DO NOT buy the 2006 Buick Lucerne CX (supposedly brown in color). It was my car. I just returned it 3/3/16. The transmission is slipping and Robert at the Flamingo location ain't gonna fix it!!! The car needs to be inoperable before they touch it. Once you leave the lot, it's on you. The vehicle was brought back and he's gonna sell it for more than what I bought it for $7,999 (total purchase price $17,000). When I told Robert I would take it to a transmission shop, why did he get all upset and quickly partially refunded my downpayment? He yells to say, "Its not the cars, it's the fu***** drivers". Really?? You must've had something to hide. The wife on Nellis don't care. They just wanna make a buck off you. They're looking for thirsty people to get over on. You can find better. Trust me. Poor customer service. Bad attitudes, especially from Robert. He don't know how to talk to people. When there's a problem and you call up there, you'll be told "Robert ain't here" but he's sitting next to the phone and next to the person who's telling you he ain't there. How is that professional?
