| - Good store, but awful phone system.
I had called in to the store, where I was greeted by a nice lady. I asked if there were any iPad covers in stock, so she said she would transfer me to electronics. So I sat on hold. After about 10 minutes of nobody answering, the machine automatically hung up on me.
I proceeded to call back, where the same lady greeted me. I explained what had happened, so she transfers me again. I, again, wait another 10 minutes where somebody finally picks up and says "...Hello?" And I said "Yes hi, I was calling ab-" "Hello? Hello?" where I was hung up on yet again.
Against my better judgement, and after dealing with this for 20 minutes now, I call back again. This is where it just gets ridiculous. The same lady went to transfer me yet again. 5 minutes later someone answers and says "Yes we do have the Levi Jeans in a medium. Did you want me to hold it for you?" Where I proceeded to say "..Um. I was supposed to be transferred to electronics. I'm calling about an iPad Cover." Where she said okay and went to transfer me. Again, the call was somehow lost.
Eventually I asked the lady after 3 times if she could just find it herself. In the end, they weren't in stock.
So in the time I spent on the phone simply asking if an iPad Cover was in stock, I could have just driven down to check for myself and been back home and saved myself the time. Very disappointed. It should not take a half hour just to find out if something is in stock or not.
