  • I bought a 2017 Renegade from them on November 18th. The day it was delivered to me, I was promised first oil changed for free, plus given paperwork for two free oil changes. Long short, I took my Jeep in today for its first oil change and found out there was no documentation given to the service department about the first free oil changed. Going through numerous back and forth calls and some emails, finally, my original salesman, Alex Lopez gave in and paid it. He said nothing was promised, no paperwork was given and said I signed a "we don't owe and I don't owe anything" the day I bought my Jeep. Bunch of BS, the financial man, Pedro, wanted to up sale warranties and I refused them all. My insurance offers extended warranties for new vehicles only, and why I refused the dealership's. He said sign paperwork that I refuse the warranties and that it states " we don't owe and I don't owe"...he explained it was stuff like I'm not getting warranties, lift kits and such. I did mention that I still get my two free oil changes and he said if Alex told you then yes. That "we don't owe you" section of the contract had nothing to do with the paperwork Alex gave me for two free oil changes. Today Alex said that he never gave such a thing, and that I refused it...really??!! Would anyone refuse two free oil changes So, I went in with that paperwork that he supposedly didn't give me on Nov. 18th, only to find out it will not be honored cause he didn't agree. I was very upset that the dealership made promises to sell and didnt deliver what was said, telling me it never happened. They got their sale, so they don't care anymore. I walked out saying I can't give that great review he was wanting and that I was going to write a review about them. Also, it took close to a month for them to payoff my trade. And, it was Pedro who text me apologizing for it being so long that he was going to mail out a few gas cars for my inconvenience....surprise surprise, no gas cards and again, was told that was never said to me. Buyers just beware and do not be like me, trusting their words. Maybe record those promises and keep it has proof, because it's a "He said, She said BS" situation. I'm thankful that after bitching all day, Alex agreed to pay the first free oil changed, but disappointed he denied about that paperwork I was given about the two additional free ones and then turned it around that it was all me
