  • Nothing but troubles. They changed a tire I did not request be changed. Bill was incorrect. Story changed regarding what they would cover to make things right. Paint job was scratched. They claimed it was a buff-job they had nothing to do with. However, the paint did not look like that when I dropped it off 3 weeks ago. Ever since this place switched from Chester's HD, it has been a revolving door of employees with a large amount of disorganization. I am willing to drive the 40 min to Scottsdale HD to get what I need from now on. Not buying a bike from these guys again. And will go out of my way to ensure my friends don't either. Too bad really, as there are still several folks I like working with there.
