  • Eco Clean is fantastic! From the initial intake phone call all the way through the cleaning, Eco Clean is friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Our cleaning technician's name is Charles. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. Beyond an employee of Eco Clean, he is a very likable gentleman! We chose to move most of the large items out of the way ourselves prior to his arrival (although I believe that moving the items was included, we were eager to get our carpets cleaned!). He arrived early and well-prepared! He moved the remaining items and got right down to business and was meticulous and thorough. The finished product: bright, clean, fresh carpets and upholstery of course without the toxic fumes of traditional cleaning agents. The carpet dried within a few hours and we are very pleased with the results.
