Simon is a decent guy, but the problem is that he lets managers make his company look bad to some others. I was interviewed by Simon and hired to only experience the following issues after job offer;
1) Kathy L. the HR asst / coordinator fails to return any of my emails or telephonic messages.
2) Summer the HR Director fails to return any of my emails or telephonic messages left on her voicemail and also given to her by reception
3) I sent in all my paperwork in by email only for it to be "misplaced" and "can't find it"?
4) Way to much power is given to the management team and Simon you need to know that this stuff is going on in your business because this is why you constantly need new staff. The new talent can't even get on boarded because your managers will not return phone calls / emails and because new staff get the cold shoulder and move on.
