  • This is the only grocery store in Independence. It may not have every gourmet ingredient you need, but this is a grocery store deluxe (pharmacy, walk in clinic, hot prepared foods, DVD rentals and very large beer selection). Plus if you're a fan of Independence Blue Devils, they always sell kind of T-shirt/sweater swag to represent your city. I love that this place is so close to my house for all my eclectic needs (happened to find a can of spray paint for a project for only $1.99). There's usually 5 or 6 cashiers and I've never had to wait long in line either.
