rev:text	Hmm hard to post anything negative about this nail place when you see how many positive reviews there is, but it's unfortunate that I had a bad experience and need to share it. When I called to set an appointment I explained that I would need 1 full set and 1 pedicure. I walk in 5min early and waited about 2min to get seated and I was really excited that I would be to get in and get out. 15min later this lady with glasses and thin reddish hair pulled out my feet under the water and started laughing. Seriously ! Wow my pedi is kept up every two weeks and she treated me me like it's been years since I've had a pedicure. I can't believe how rude she was and that this business with such good reviews allows this kind of service. Mind you I'm writing this as she's doing my feet because this just has to be heard. 2nd thing... The chair vibrates and my thigh was shaking and she kept looking at my middle part and starts laughing and when I made eye contact with her she got nervous and said nice iPhone case where'd you get it AMAZON. Wow ! This lady is out of control. Needless to say I couldn't continue my services here and canceled my full set that was next ... Not another minute in this place of horrible service. On my way to check out the lady runs my card and hands me my receipt and plays tug a war with it and with her other hand out for a tip. So I just let her have it and walked out. I can't believe she expected a tip. Clearly you don't understand what it takes to be exceptional to earn a tip. Here's a tip to your GM ... Some one needs to revisit the customer service manual.
