I took advantage of the warm weather over the weekend and washed the salt off my poor car. I typically opt for the automatic wash, but since there was a line and I had plenty of time, I used the manual wash.
You could pay with quarters or pay with a card, which is what I did. I swiped my card and was able to switch between different cleaning options: soap, rinse, air dry, etc. The machine tracks how long you wash your car and charge accordingly. You can see the time/charge on the machine throughout the process. The price actually came out cheaper than your typical automatic wash, right around $8.00.
My car came out nice and clean without the long wait. I was impressed with the way my car looked afterwards. I've been to other car washes that don't get my car looking this nice. I'm sure I'll take advantage of the automatic in the future, but the multiple slots for manual washes can be more time efficient and allows you to focus on any problem spots. I'll definitely be back.
