  • BEST. SERVICE. EVER. I took my "putt-putting" car in at 5:56pm, 4 minutes before close, and not only did they take it, but they also hooked me up with a rental at $50 flat/day. I received an early call-back the very next day of my car diagnostics at which they gave me honest feedback. While they didn't have the parts to fix my car that same-day, it is understandable as my car is 20 years old. Upon pick-up, the cashiers were friendly and helpful. Also, while I didn't have to wait, I would like to add they have THE BEST waiting area with coffee, water, juice boxes, TV...Makes you want to hang out there all day! Overall, I was VERY impressed with the staff and service at Earnhardt Toyota. Genuinely. Thank you. They are friendly. They are helpful. They are FAST. They are responsive. And, they are TRUSTING. I wouldn't go with any other make/brand of a car. You have a loyal consumer for life.
