  • Two stars for customer service and staff's attitude... If I'm paying $4 for a "large" latte, I think I don't have to ask for sugar! I lived in Seattle for 10 years - a coffee snob town with one of the best independent coffee shops in the country. And I never had to ask for sugar, even in THE best coffee house in Seattle - Espresso Vivace. Wow really?!
