  • This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star due to their horrible customer service, lack of privacy. It's ran by a bunch of degenerates. Each time I've had a doctor's visit i have had the worse experience. I hate this place. The only good thing I like is my PA April, other than that all the front end of the office and back end (MA) are all unprofessional and need to be fired IMMEDIATELY. Either the actual doctor's don't care how their practice is being ran or they are also just as bad as their staff. I've worked in the medical field/office for a long time and I have never seen a place ran like this. Todays experience was when I first called to confirm my appointment because I never receive a confirmation, I was put on hold for 20 mins, mind you I didn't have a choice when they put me hold. So I would hang up and call back just to get the same treatment from the first call. That was 15 calls total before I was able to get someone's attention. I asked to speak with a office manager so Again I was put on hold for another 10 mins, so by this time it's been 30 minutes total being on hold. When I finally was able to connect with the OM, I calmly explained my situation with her staff, and she came back with "oh that's funny because we have a high volume call and you are 1st on the wait" which I was so confused with her response lol. She rushed me to get off the phone and did not care on bit on why I was frustrated. At that point I'm like whatever what time is my dam appointment. Thennnnnnnnnn I get to my appointment, still at this point I'm calm, respectful and positive just for me to wait longer to be called back. Here is the breaking point for me.... MA calls me back, as we proceeded to walk in the back she ask's or tells me " so you are here for ..........." which by the way was so PERSONAL to me but she felt the need to blurt it out to the people aside from us ( TOTALLY EMBARRASSED AT THIS POINT) ... She checked my weight blah blah and the way she spoke to me as if I'm some hood chick. So unprofessional. I hate this place. I hate this office and the experiences I had to endure. As I write this review I am currently still waiting in the room for my PA. It's been 30 mins. Lmbo. This will be the last time I come here. Don't waste your time at this junk hole.
