  • I made a walk in appointment today to get my charger looked at and was told I had to wait 35 minutes. I waited for an hour and asked the lady what place in line I was and she told me to wait another 25 minutes. I am usually very pleased with apples customer service but today was ridiculous. Extremely frustrated, you would think they have their wait queue times accurate. Brutal.
