  • I took my 2010 for edge in to have the air conditioning filter replaced because my air flow was decreased. Simple task to replace filter, how ever when i drove away after having them replace the filter, i noticed the 2 vents were now blowing hot air instead of cool air. I brought it right back to stamps and asked " what did you do to my air conditioning, it doesnt work at all now" the manager said they just replaced the filter..i said " NO, YOU BROKE SOMETHING" He said he'd look at it but I'd have to pay them to do so...i then brought my ford edge to a friends shop and he looked at it and said the blend door actuator electrical connector was snaped off..i asked how that could happen, and he said he'd guess that someone did it...Stamps had to do it...I RECOMMEND NO ONE TRUST THIS PLACE...
