  • My 2 daughters and I met a friend at Kobe on a Saturday evening. She's a regular customer here but it was our first time. Customer service: The 4 girls in the front weren't all that friendly. No one smiled or greeted us as we walked in or when we were leaving the restaurant either.. I didn't understand that. Cook: We requested Jorge as our cook, since my friend comes in a lot and said he's the best. He truly was amazing! He was so engaging with all of us. My little girls are 7 & 9 and he just made their experience memorable. This was their first teppen grill so I appreciated that a whole lot. Food was good. Very flavorful! I wish they had more vegetarian options but it was tasty. We will definitely be back and will request Jorge again. If it weren't for him, our first experience at Kobe would have been our last.
