| - I wish I could open a Sweet Moses in my basement and hit it up 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I would question whether or not they put crack in their ice cream, but I know they just use high-quality ingredients, including fresh fruit. They have quite a few flavors of homemade ice cream, and all of it is packed full of flavor. My favorite is the Bananas Foster. It's ridiculously flavorful and, well, it's just lovely. Lovely!
The store itself is quite charming. I've had the fortunate circumstance of going there a few times when the place was nearly empty. It's a very pleasant, old timey space and the customer service is great.
I went one time late on a warm Saturday night and I'll never do that again. The line was ridiculously long and we ended up standing in it two and half times due to customer service issues. It was just so hectic that the employees didn't really know how to handle it. They didn't even give us back the correct change when we paid. That was bad, but we'll avoid going there when it's that crowded from now on. Like another Yelper pointed out, this place has already outgrown the store. It's a real compliment to the product, but they really do need a much bigger space and a more organized ordering/serving process.
The ice cream is like nothing I've ever had before, though. You really must try it. This place is a bright spot in the Gordon Square Arts District and in the Cleveland area. My only real complaint is that it isn't closer to my house.
