This Best Buy is right across the street from me, I shop here all the time and spend way too much money here. Went to take back an item, associate was very friendly, explained that since it was a gift and I didn't have the receipt, it would have to be a store credit refund, which was understandable. Then, as I was excited to have a gift card to spend here instead of my own cash as I do all the time, the manager said they couldn't do the refund since they don't carry the item anymore?? Un real. I was extremely upset because apparently the vendor introduced a new model about 2 weeks ago, so they could do nothing to help me now. It's the little things that matter, and this poor customer service will be the reason I'm done spending at this store.
