  • I stopped in to check out the CRV and Pilot. Mel was very helpful in assisting me in narrowing my vision. I went back the next day to drive and finalize but Mel wasn't there so I dealt with Don, who was equally helpful. As a woman making my own decisions and negotiating my own deal, I never once felt talked down to or exploited in any way. The young lady in the finance office, Shelly was also great and even though I did not finance the car we had a great time chatting about various warranty options.
