  • I love Chick-fil-A, but I will not go to this one again because of poor customer service. I have ordered trays from this specific location twice. The first time they lost my order and the 2nd time they had my order wrong and didn't even bother to apologise. My favorite Chick-fil-A with the best customer service is at the one on Gilbert and the Santan 202 (thankful this is also closer to me!).
